If you for any reason you are disatisfied, or your unit becomes defective, we will issue a replacement part, or replace the entire item or issue a refund upon return. Direct Warranty Replacement Support
If your unit goes defective within 1 year of purchase, we will replace the unit direct, without requiring you to go through Plantronics warranty service. This will save you valuable time, while providing you with a brand new unit, at no extra cost! Direct Warranty Replacement Support applies to Plantronics products only (Customers must keep the retail box, and all orginal contents).
